Education:

- He finished Primary and Grammar School in Nikšić. He graduated in 2003 from the Faculty of Philosophy in Nikšić (Department of History and Geography), with a grade point average of 9,5. He obtained his MA in 2007 at the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade (Department of History), on the topic "The opponents of the authorities in Montenegro 1945-1948", with a grade point average of 9,33. He obtained his PhD in 2013 at the Faculty of Philosophy in Nikšić, on the topic "Intellectuals and the authorities in Montenegro 1945-1990".

Work Experience:

- In the period 2003 - 2013 he worked as a teaching assistant, and since 2014 he has been working as a part-time lecturer at the Study Program of History at the Faculty of Philosophy in Nikšić.

- During 2015 and 2016, he was as Director General at the Directorate for Relations with Religious Communities in the Ministry for Human and Minority Rights.

He is married, with a son Filip.
