Master of the Science of Law

He was born in Nikšić where he completed both primary and grammar school.  He enrolled in the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro in 2003, and graduated in 2007 with the grade average of 9.84 as the top student of the Dean’s List having received numerous awards. For his achievements during his studies of law he received: the traditionally awarded “Professor Petar Stojanović PhD” Award of the Chamber of Lawyers of Montenegro, as the best graduate of law in 2007, Award of the Municipality of Nikšić on the occasion of the Liberation Day for the best students, Atlas Scholarship which the Atlas Foundation awards regularly and traditionally to the best students, Award for the best attendee of the Criminal and Legal Clinic, regular annual award of the Faculty of Law for the best students.

Following the passed postgraduate exams with top marks, he got a Masters Degree at the Faculty of Law of the Belgrade University (legal and economic programme, mentored by Prof Svetislav Taboroši, PhD - total grade average 9.50). He is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Law, in the field of legal and economic as well as business and legal sciences for which he is preparing his PhD thesis. He authored scientific and expert papers from the fields of economic analysis of law, neo-institutional economic theory, and public sector economy.

He has obtained his working and professional experience during several years by carrying out teaching and research activities at the Faculty of Law of the University of Montenegro and at the Institute for Legal Studies in Podgorica.

He has been a Vice President of the Democratic Montenegro since 14 June 2015.

At the parliamentary elections held on 16 October 2016, he was elected member of the Parliament of Montenegro.
