Tonight, on the plateau in front of the Parliament of Montenegro, a concert of songs from the period of the National Liberation War (NOB) performed by KIC Pop Chorus was held. Their guest also took part in the programme: choir and ballerinas of the Music School "Vasa Pavić”, choir “Zvjezdice”, soloists Ms Andrijana Božović, Ms Tamara Pavićević, Ms Nadežda Petrović-Sredanović, Ms Dubravka Živković, Ms Jovana Vuković, Ms Renata Perazić, and folklore from the KIC ensemble Budo Tomović.
KIC Pop Chorus, conducted by Mr Saša Barjaktarovića, was backed-up by Military Orchestra of the Ministry of Defence and violoncellist Mr Darko Kolanda.
The concert was organised as part of the Parliament of Montenegro’s activities on the occasion of marking V-E Day, 9 May, and represents a gift of the highest legislative body to the citizens.
