1. Scope of Work

Article 17

The Vice-President of the Parliament assists the President of the Parliament in performing activities from his scope of work.

The Vice-President of the Parliament designated by the President of the Parliament substitutes the President in case of his temporary absence.

If the President of the Parliament fails to designate a Vice-President to substitute him, the Vice-President of the Parliament from the MP Group with the highest number of MPs will substitute him.
