Mr Koča Pavlović was one of the founders of the NGO Group for Changes, which transformed into a political party Movement for Changes (PzP) in 2006. He was a Member of PzP in the Parliament since 2006 elections, and a spokesperson for the party that today is part of the Democratic Front.
Mr Koča Pavlović was a Member of the Parliament of Montenegro during 23rd Convocation (2006-2009); 24th Convocation (2009-2012); 25th Convocation (2012-2016) and during 26th Convocation in 2016.
During the 26th Convocation he was a member of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants and the Anti-corruption Committee.
He worked as a journalist and a TV host on TV Montena and TV Budva.
