The conference “Openness of Executive and Legislative Power Institutions in the Region and Montenegro: Form without Essence”, organised by the Centre for Democratic Transition (CDT), emphasised that the Parliament of Montenegro was the most transparent legislative parliament in the region.  

Within the panel discussion “Openness of parliaments in the region and Montenegro”, it was stated that the Montenegrin Parliament has been the most open legislative institution in the region for years, with a high level of transparency because it meets almost 80 openness criteria, while the regional parliaments averagely meet 65 percent of the openness criteria.

The Parliament of Montenegro will continue to work in a recognised manner, promoting transparency and accessibility at the national and international levels.
