The Parliament of Montenegro will mark the 31st October - Parliamentarism Day, on Thursday, in Hilton hotel, starting at 12.

President of the Parliament Mr Ivan Brajović will address on this occasion, which will be followed by a documentary film “Parliamentarism in Montenegro”.

Parliamentarism Day in Montenegro is marked on the 31st October, the day when the first National Assembly was constituted in Zetski dom, Cetinje, in 1906, therefore this date is considered the beginning of parliamentarism in Montenegro.
