Considering the fact that Podgorica is not a place of permanent residence for a great number of MPs, and that their work responsibilities are not related solely to the building of the Parliament, and in accordance with the agreement reached at one the previous meetings of the Collegium of the President of the Parliament, movement certificates were issued to all MPs who had requested them.
