A group of primary school students from Bar, Nikšić, and Podgorica today has visited the Parliament of Montenegro. The visit was organised by the NGO Hand of Friendship Foundation.

During the visit, the students had the opportunity to learn about the responsibilities and functions of the Parliament, as well as about its organisation and structure.

On that occasion, they viewed the parliamentary art collection and collection of dynastic coats of arms, as well as an exhibition of documents from the parliamentary archive. They also toured the Great Hall and rooms in which parliamentary activities are carried out.

The visit was organised within the programme “Open Parliament”, which is aimed at increasing the degree of transparency and openness of work of the Parliament of Montenegro and at creating closer ties with the citizens, especially the young. 

The visit of secondary school students organised by the NGO Hand of Friendship Foundation will be organised tomorrow at 12h.
