Chairperson of the Committee on International Relations and Emigrants of the Parliament of Montenegro

He was born on 12 May 1985 in Niksic, Montenegro.

He graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences in Podgorica, at the Department of Diplomacy and International Relations.

He was a winner of the jury and audience award at the state contest in rhetoric, in Podgorica in 2006.

2005 - 2006 elected as a representative of the Faculty of Political Sciences, at the Student Council of the Law Faculty and the Faculty of Political Science.

He attended the School of "Social Change", European Integration School in Sipan, School of investigative journalists in Beijing, School of Journalism in Timisoara; as a research reporter he had a study visit in the United States of America, at the invitation of the US Embassy in Podgorica.

He was a longtime journalist at national television RTCG in the editorial office foreign affairs, editor of “Dnevnik” and the author of a political talk show "U centar". He was awarded the best young journalist in Montenegro in 2012.

He speaks English.
