Montenegro's integration achievements within the EU negotiation process were assessed highly by Ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo to Montenegro H.E. Skender Durmishi. He stressed that Montenegro's accession to NATO strengthened the stability of the Western Balkans as a whole.
Vice President Gvozdenović expressed pleasure with continuously dynamic relations between the two states, intensive political dialogue at the highest level and common European and Euro-Atlantic strategic goals.  Efficient cooperation mechanism of the two states are friendship groups between the Parliament of Montenegro and the Assembly of Kosovo, which should serve as a successful platform for dialogue on all topics of mutual concern.  
Also, good infrastructural connectivity of Montenegro and Kosovo, and of the entire region, is a pre-condition for strengthening economic relations of the two friendly states, this is a conclusion of today’s meeting of Vice President of the Montenegrin Parliament Mr Branimir Gvozdenović and Ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo to Montenegro H.E. Skender Durmishi.
