In an open and friendly conversation, Vice President Nimanbegu has informed Ms Ozan on the current political situation in Montenegro caused by Covid -19 pandemic, success of Montenegrin health system in fighting it as well as new cases in Montenegro as first corona-free destination in Europe.

Also, he informed H.E. on the beginning of the activities regarding parliamentary elections, scheduled for 30 August of this year.

Ambassador Songül Ozan voiced expectation that everything will be fine and in line with democratic achievements of Montenegro.

She informed Vice President Nimambegu about developments regarding refugee crisis caused by war conflicts in Syria.

Vice President Nimanbegu and Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey have expressed common position that their mutual cooperation was a proof of very good relations between the two friendly states.
