President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ivan Brajović has congratulated Independence Day of Ukraine to Chairman of the Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada Mr Andriy Parubiy. With best wishes for success of the citizens and the state, President Brajović also wished quick achievement of peace and stability on the overall territory of Ukraine.    

The message of President of the Parliament of Montenegro has been also sent to the President of the Moldavian Parliament on the occasion of Independence Day of this state.
