At today’s meeting of the Collegium of the President of the Parliament of Montenegro, in the presence of Minister of Sustainable Development and Tourism Mr Pavle Radulović, the work on improving the Proposal for the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings has been continued, due to objections of parliamentarians stated at the meetings of the responsible committees and interested MP groups.

Bearing in mind that, in accordance with the Constitution and Rules of Procedure, the Government requested an extraordinary parliamentary sitting, and the fact that it must be completed by the beginning of the Ordinary Autumn Session, additional joint efforts have been made for improving the legislative solutions.

The Collegium of the President of the Parliament has noted that offered legislative solutions in general contain good innovations which will lead to further developmental concept, with preservation of the state resources.

The continuation of the Sitting of the Extraordinary Session is scheduled for Saturday, 30 September 2017, starting at 11:00h.
