President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ivan Brajović has sent a congratulatory message to citizens and local leadership on the 8th February - Day of Golubovci, Urban Municipality of the Capital City.

“The holiday celebrated by the young municipality of Golubovci this year, but also in the following period, is an opportunity to remember the famous but painful history in which the victims, ideas and visions of the Zeta liberation people have been interwoven. History and tradition of Zeta, born in a fertile plain and on eternal rivers that flow into the Skadar Lake, with impressive agricultural, tourist and economic potentials, and by close cooperation of the local administration with the Capital City and the state administration, promise better days, and more peaceful life, and a blessed future to the Golubovci and people of Zeta.
