President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ivan Brajović has sent a letter of condolences to Mr Vyacheslav V. Volodin, Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, and Ms Valentina Matviyenko, Chairwoman of the Federation Council, on the plane crash, where all passengers and crew members died.

- I would like to offer, on behalf of the Parliament of Montenegro and on my own behalf, our deepest condolences to the authorities and people of the Russian Federation. Please convey my condolences and words of support to all those who have lost their relatives and close people - says, inter alia, the letter of President Brajović.
