President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ivan Brajović has accepted the invitation by Ambassador of the Slovak Republic Mr Roman Hloben and Ambassador of the Czech Republic Mr Karel Urban to speak at the ceremony of marking the 100th anniversary of the founding of Czechoslovakia. These states are also marking the 50th anniversary of the Prague Spring and the 25th anniversary of the Czech and Slovak Republic.
President Brajović emphasised that he saw his participation in the upcoming ceremony as another confirmation of friendly relations between Montenegro, Slovakia and Czech Republic and additional affirmation of interparliamentary cooperation.
The meeting with the Slovak and Czech ambassadors also discussed the current political opportunities in Montenegro.
