President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Mr Ivan Brajović, congratulated the Municipality Day of Ulcinj to the citizens and leadership of Ulcinj, celebrated on 7 April:

"Holidays are an occasion to remember the past and the struggles of our ancestors for the freedom, serenity and progress of their descendants, and the ability to continue to develop their ideas and visions in peace.

The southernmost Montenegrin municipality does not lack natural and economic resources, but it is one of the cities with the best economic potentials in the region. I believe that in the period ahead, with the fruitful cooperation of the local and state administration, the business environment will be expanded for the sake of valuation of the existing and realisation of the planned projects, which will bring back appurtenant impetus to Ulcinj for the development of Montenegrin tourism, and enable its citizens safe and fruitful existence and life.
