President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ivan Brajović congratulated KK Budućnost on winning the regional ABA League:

By winning the regional league, KK Budućnost has brought to Podgorica and entire Montenegro the championship atmosphere and title, giving an example how the highest reaches and goals can be achieved through teamwork and dedication.  With sincere wishes to players, professional team, leadership and fans, I particularly emphasise that Budućnost has confirmed once again that it deservedly belongs to the European basketball elite”.
