President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Mr Ivan Brajović, met today with the Ambassador of the Arab Republic of Egypt to Montenegro, Mr Abderahman Salaheldin, and on the occasion of ending his diplomatic mission in Montenegro, he thanked him for his personal contribution to improving relations between the two countries.
President Brajović expressed hope that the relations between Montenegro and Egypt would continue to strengthen, based on the foundations of traditional friendship, both at the parliamentary level, and through the intensification of political dialogue and cooperation in the fields of trade, culture, especially tourism.
During the meeting, the interlocutors expressed satisfaction with the progress of the Luštica Bay project of the Egyptian and Swiss consortium Orascom, and concluded that such projects contributed to the development of the economy of the whole country and could serve as an example to other foreign investors wanting to invest in Montenegro.
