President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ivan Brajović today has met Governor of the State of Maine Mr Paul LePage, who is paying the first official visit to Montenegro.
Expressing his gratitude for the sincere help of the US in respect of Montenegro’s membership in NATO, President Brajović stressed the importance of the strategic partnership with the State of Maine, being continually developed at all levels.
Governour LePage emphasised the strong commitment towards further strengthening of cooperation within NATO, as well as the support to the Army of Montenegro in implementing partnership goals.
The interlocutors have expressed the readiness of Montenegro and the US to exploit the numerous potentials for developing cooperation in different fields of mutual concern, and particularly in the field of economy and tourism.
