The Parliament of Montenegro marked 31 October, Day of Parliamentarism, the date when, in accordance with the Constitution from 1905, the first National Assembly in Montenegro was constituted in Cetinje in 1906.
The President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Mr Ivan Brajović, and the Prime Minister, Mr Duško Marković, addressed numerous guests at the event.
