President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Mr Ivan Brajović, extended a congratulatory message on the occasion of 6 April, Municipality Day of Ulcinj, to its citizens and local government

"The Old Town of Ulcinj has been a witness to the tumultuous history of this town for centuries and the inhabitants who have resisted all the challenges of the old and new era. Today, Ulcinj is a favourite destination for visitors of various interests from all over the world, who find in it traditional hospitality in the first place.

I expect that by joint engagement of local government and state administration, the period ahead of us will be used for the rapid development and progress in tourism, culture and agriculture, for the benefit of the citizens of Ulcinj and whole Montenegro.
