President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Mr Ivan Brajović, expressed his condolences to Mr Vyacheslav Volodin, Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation and to Ms Valentina Matviyenko, Chairwoman of the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, on the occasion of the plane crash in that country:

"Shaken by the news on the accident at Sheremetyevo Airport, where a great number of citizens of the Russian Federation have lost their lives, I would like to extend, both on behalf of the Parliament of Montenegro and on my own behalf, our deepest condolences. Please convey our sincere sympathy to the families of the victims.
