President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Mr Ivan Brajović, wished a happy Municipality Day of Berane, marked on 21 July, to the citizens and the local leadership:

"Recalling the 21 July as an important date in history not only for Berane, but for the entire Montenegro and its anti-fascist values, I congratulate the citizens of Berane on Municipality Day and extend the best wishes.

Tourist, agriculture and many other potentials of Berane, along with the strengthening of human resources as a result of the state investing in education, as part of the educational tradition and the culture of this town, represent a good basis for sustainable development and the future of the community of Berane.

I wish for Berane to be a harmonious multiethnic and multi-ethnic community in the period ahead, believing that all political and economic actors of the state and the municipality are making the necessary efforts on this path.
