President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ivan Brajović hosted today Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Montenegro Mr Hossein Molla Abdollahi, who is ending his diplomatic mission in Montenegro.

President Brajović thanked Ambassador Abdullah for his contribution to improving relations between the two countries, which have good and friendly relations. Pointing out the importance that Montenegro attaches to the development of parliamentary cooperation, the President of the Parliament highlighted that the two countries had a constructive parliamentary dialogue, which was confirmed by mutual visits of members of parliamentary friendship groups.

Ambassador Abdollahi reaffirmed Iran's commitment to developing versatile relations with Montenegro, especially in the area of economy, where there are numerous opportunities for further improvement.
