President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Mr Ivan Brajović, congratulated the Students' Day, 4 April:

"I extend congratulations to all students in Montenegro on their day, wishing that all of us together overcome the health challenge our country and the entire world has been facing. In this difficult period, academic and professional knowledge are of utmost importance as indicators for maintaining health safety, but also for all other segments of importance to our society. I want to stress the great dedication and self-awareness of many students who, with their volunteer work, have contributed to the work of the institutions, as well as to meeting the social needs of some of our citizens.

I wish the students to return to their daily regular obligations as soon as possible, to acquire new knowledge for the purpose of personal educational upgrading and for the benefit of our society and the development of Montenegro."
