- Bearing in mind the true friendship between Montenegro and the Republic of Bulgaria, as well as our excellent bilateral relations, I am convinced that there is a lot of room for further improvement of the overall cooperation between our two countries, it is said among other things in the congratulatory message of the President of the Parliament of Montenegro.

With the best wishes for further progress of the country and its citizens, President Brajović also thanked for the continuous support of the Republic of Bulgaria for the European and Euro-Atlantic aspirations of Montenegro.
