President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ivan Brajović today has received Mr Milorad Šćepanović, ahead of taking his office of Montenegrin Ambassador to the Russian Federation. President Brajović has wished the best of success to Ambassador Šćepanović in his work and in improving bilateral relations between Montenegro and the Russian Federation.
