President of the Parliament of Montenegro, Mr Ivan Brajović, extended a congratulatory message on the occasion of the 28 May, the National holiday of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, to the Speaker of the House of Peoples' Representatives, Mr Abadula Gemeda and the Speaker of the House of Federation, Mr Kassa Tekleberhan.
