The letter, inter alia, states:

“It gives me great honour to offer you, on behalf of the Parliament of Montenegro and on my own behalf, the warmest congratulations on the occasion of Constitution Day of the Kingdom of Denmark.

I am convinced that by working together and by strengthening parliamentary cooperation, we will give a new impulse to interstate relations in all areas of mutual interest.
