Congratulatory messages on the occasion of national holidays of the United Kingdom, Portugal, Russia and Philippines

President of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Ivan Brajović has congratulated national holidays of the United Kingdom and Portugal, marked on the 10th June, as well as holidays of the Russian Federation and Philippines, marked on the 12th June

The congratulatory messages to President of the House of Lords Mr Peter Norman Fowler and Speaker of the House of Commons of the United Kingdom Mr John Bercow states the gratitude for the strong support to Montenegrin NATO membership, expressing our country’s full devotion to deepening cooperation with Parliament of the United Kingdom, with the aim of further strengthening relations and ties between the two friendly states.

The President of the Parliament wished for further prosperity and welfare of his country and citizens to Mr Eduardo Ferro Rodrigues
President of the Assembly of the Republic of Portugal. He thanked for the continuous help to our reform processes within European integration, as well as to our path towards membership in the North-Atlantic Council.

The congratulatory messages to Ms Valentina Ivanovna Matviyenko,
Chairwoman of the Council of the Russian Federation, and Mr Vyacheslav Volodin, Chairman of the State Duma, states the best wishes for prosperity and welfare of the Russian Federation and its citizens.
Also, the confidence was expressed that, by improving parliamentary cooperation in the upcoming period, we will be able to jointly contribute to improving relations between the two states

On the occasion Independence Day of Philippines, the letter to Mr Aquilino Pimentel III, President of the Senate, and Mr Pantaleón D. Álvarez, Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Philippines, expresses confidence that in the period ahead of us we will be able to work together to enhance relations between the two countries in the spirit of good understanding and friendly trust.
