"The town of Plav and its valley, with its rich historical background, have always cherished the national and religious coexistence that could be the envy of many larger and more developed communities.

The citizens of Plav, scattered around the world, with their coming back and investing in their fathers and grandfathers' country, will be able in the future to show love for their city and region, as well as respect for those who have remained in their homes, being part fo the fate of northern Montenegro.

Harmonious coexistence, whose differences are an advantage, as well as economic and tourism potentials that the town of Plav is rich of, and that the development of the city under the Prokletije Mountains is based upon, create an encouraging image for the future of this region.
