The regional meeting brings together chairmen of the security and defense committees and heads of foreign delegations to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Slovenia and Serbia, organised by the Security and Defense Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro.

In the framework of exchange of opinions on regional security and cooperation and current security challenges, the participants will also be addressed by the Head of Delegation to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, Vice-President Branimir Gvozdenović, Chairperson of the Defense and Security Committee, Mr Mišo Stanišić, Defense Minister, Mr Predrag Bošković and the State Secretary of the Ministry of the Interior, Mr Dragan Pejanović.
