"Bearing in mind the freedom of the spirit of inhabitants of the Durmitor region and the citizens of Šavnik, hard and committed work through centuries, in conflict with the raw climate, but also in the coexistence with natural beauties, people endowed with mind and wisdom, I am convinced that for Šavnik and the wider area better days lay ahead. I am assured by human and natural resources of that fact and a more clear initiative for the development of agriculture, economy, hydropower and tourism.

By linking all regional resources, developing ideas and visions, with the support of the state and the valorisation of human and natural possibilities, I am convinced that Šavnik will gradually revive its potentials.
