At its 26th Meeting held today, the Administrative Committee of the 26th Parliament of Montenegro adopted the Proposal of the list for the appointment of one member of the Council of the Radio and Television of Montenegro by the authorised proposer, and decided to propose to the Parliament of Montenegro to appoint Mr Slobo Pajović, graduate of economy and candidate of the Union of Employers of Montenegro, as a member of the Council of the Radio and Television of Montenegro.
In accordance with the Decision on forming the Commission for Monitoring and Control of the Privatisation Procedure, and based on the submitted proposals by the MP groups, the Committee adopted the Proposal for the Decision on the election of the chairperson and members of the Commission for Monitoring and Control of the Privatisation Procedure. The Committee proposed to the Parliament of Montenegro that the Commission for Monitoring and Control of the Privatisation Procedure should have 11 members and proposed MP Mr Branko Čavor as the Chairperson of the Commission, and MPs Mr Mihailo Anđušić, Mr Petar Smolović, Mr Radule Novović, Ms Ana Nikolić, and Mr Andrija Popović as members.
The Committee noted that other parliamentary parties may exercise their right to participate in the work of the Commission in line with Article 35 paragraph 2 and Article 36 paragraph 3 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro.
