At the 25th Meeting of the Administrative Committee of the 26th Parliament of Montenegro held today, Mr Goran Đurović, member of the Council of the Radio and Television of Montenegro gave a statement on the existence of circumstances from Articles 11 and 13 and with regard to Article 42 of the Law on Prevention of Corruption.
The Agency for Prevention of Corruption adopted the Decision UPI 02-01-282/4 of 28 September 2017, determining that Mr Goran Đurović, member of the Council of the Radio and Television of Montenegro, as a public official violated Articles 11 and 13 of the Law on Prevention of Corruption by exercising public office at the same time as the duty of the executive director of the company "Nature" DOO Podgorica after the expiration of the statutory deadline.
The Committee members asked Mr Goran Đurović, member of the Council of the Radio and Television of Montenegro, several questions with regard to the circumstances from Articles 11 and 13 and with regard to Article 42 of the Law on Prevention of Corruption.
In terms of Article 42 of the Law on Prevention of Corruption, the Committee unanimously decided to propose to the 26th Parliament of Montenegro to dismiss Mr Goran Đurović from duty of the member of the Council of the Radio and Television of Montenegro.
