At the meeting that was held today, the Administrative Committee of the 26th Parliament of Montenegro, determined the following three proposals for decisions:
- Determination of the Proposal for the Decision on election of a member of the Security and Defence Committee;
- Determination of the Proposal for the Decision on election of a member of the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget; and
Determination of the Proposal for the Decision on election of a member of the Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare.
The Committee decided, at the proposal of the MPs Group of the Social Democrats of Montenegro and the Liberal Party of Montenegro, to propose to the Parliament of Montenegro to elect MP, Mr Boris Mugoša, a member of the afore mentioned committees.
In addition, the Committee got informed with the Letter of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption, No 00-63-14/18-88/8 of 18 July 2018, regarding the proceedings that were conducted before the Agency in relation to public officials Mr Mimo Drašković, Ms Dragana Tripković, Mr Perko Vukotić and Mr Vladimir Pavićević, members of the Council of RTCG and decisions reached for violation of Article 23 of the Law on Prevention of Corruption. The letter stated that all afore mentioned public officials subsequently complied with the legal obligation prescribed by Article 23 of the Law on Prevention of Corruption, by submitting reports during the onging proceedings, and in one case - shortly following its termination. In this regard, the Committee will during one of its next meetings decide whether in the specific case the conditions for initiating the proceedings have been met, pursuant to Article 43 of the Law on National Public Broadcaster of Radio and Television of Montenegro.
