At its 48th meeting, the Administrative Committee of the 26th Parliament of Montenegro has drafted two proposals for decisions, namely:
- Proposal for a decision on dismissal of President of the Council of the Insurance Supervision Agency;
The Committee decided to propose to the Parliament of Montenegro to dismiss Mr Branko Vujović from his duty of the President of the  Insurance Supervision Agency, upon his personal request and in line with Article 184 of the Law on Insurance and
- Proposal for a Decision on election of one member of the Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare. The Committee decided to propose to the 26th Parliament of Montenegro to elect MP Mr Nikola Divanović as a member of the Committee on Health, Labour and Social Welfare.
Also, in line with the Decision on Special Advisors in the Parliament of Montenegro, upon the personal request of Mr Nikola Divanović, the Committee adopted the Decision on dismissal and the Decision on termination of right to the earnings on his name.
