Administrative Committee holds its 69th Meeting

The Committee gave a consent to the Proposal for the Rulebook on Organisation and Job Scheme of working positions in the Parliamentary Service, submitted by Secretary General Mr Aleksandar Jovićević. 

At today’s 69th Meeting, the Administrative Committee of the 26th Parliament of Montenegro gave a consent to the Proposal for the Rulebook on Organisation and Job Scheme of working positions in the Parliamentary Service No 00-32-5 /19-197 of 30 January 2019, with supplements related to the working positions under serial numbers 135, 136, 137 and 159, Act No. 00-63-14 / 19-229 / 1 of 19 July 2019 and amendments to the acts that the Secretary General accepted during the hearing.

Pursuant to Article 67, paragraph 1 of the parliamentary Rules of Procedure, Secretary General Aleksandar Jovićević, and his associate Aris Šabotić - associate for labour relations, took part in the work of the meeting, in the capacity of the proposer of the act.

Pursuant to Article 55, paragraph 2 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, the meeting of the Administrative Committee was attended by Mr Aleksandar Damjanović, MP.

The meeting was alo attended by Mr Igor Šljivančanin, President of the Trade Union of the Parliament of Montenegro, and Mr Marko Perućica, member of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the Parliament of Montenegro.
 

The Committee unanimously supported the requests by the Trade Union of the Parliament of Montenegro and gave recommendation to the Secretary General of the Parliament of Montenegro to take into account, when deploying staff, in accordance with the Rulebook, the years of service of the staff in the parliamentary service, professional and other qualities of the currently employed, including the promotion in the Service.
