At the 70th meeting that was held today, the Administrative Committee determined the Proposal for the Decision on the election of Chairman and members of the Committee for monitoring the implementation of the Decision on a long-term lease of the Lastavica Island locality with the fortress Mamula, Municipality of Herceg Novi and the Decision on accepting the Annex No 1 of the Agreement on the lease of Kraljičina plaza Hotel, Budva, and decided to propose to the Parliament of Montenegro to elect: Mr Mihailo Anđušić, as Chairman; Ms Ana Nikolić, Ms Maja Bakrač, Mr Momčilo Martinović, Mr Nikola Divanović, Mr Genci Nimanbegu and Mr Andrija Popović, as members. Pursuant to Article 35 (3) of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, MP groups that have not nominated candidates for the composition of the Committee could subsequently do so.

Also, the Committee determined seven proposals for decisions on changes to the composition of permanent working bodies, namely:

Proposal for the Decision on dismissal and election of a member of the Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro. The Committee decided to propose to the Parliament to dismiss Mr Branko Čavor and to elect Ms Aleksandra Vuković as the member of the Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro;

Proposal for the Decision on dismissal and election of the Chairperson of the Commission for Monitoring and Control of the Privatisation Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro. The Committee decided to propose to the Parliament to dismiss Mr Branko Čavor as the Chairperson of the Commission for Monitoring and Control of the Privatisation Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, and to elect Mr Nikola Divanović as the Chairperson;

Proposal for the Decision on dismissal and election of a member of the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms of the Parliament of Montenegro. The Committee decided to propose to the Parliament to dismiss Mr Mihailo Anđušić as the member of the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms of the Parliament of Montenegro, and to elect Ms Branka Tanasijević as the member of the Committee on Human Rights and Freedoms of the Parliament of Montenegro;

Proposal for the Decision on dismissal and election of three members of the Anti-corruption Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro. The Committee decided to propose to the Parliament to dismiss Mr Željko Aprcović, Mr Obrad Mišo Stanišić and Ms Branka Tanasijević, and to elect Mr Andrija Nikolić, Mr Nikola Divanović and Mr Zvonko Vuković as members of the Anti-corruption Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro;

Proposal for the Decision on dismissal and election of the Chairperson and dismissal and election of a member of the Security and Defence Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro. The Committee decided to propose to the Parliament to dismiss Mr Obrad Mišo Stanišić and to elect Mr Branko Čavor as the Chairperson, and to elect Mr Mihailo Anđušić as member of the Security and Defence Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro;
