At its Fifth Meeting held today, following the discussion, the Administrative Committee of the 26th Convocation of the Parliament of Montenegro unanimously decided to propose to the Parliament of Montenegro to grant approval for initiating criminal proceedings and ordering detention against members of the Parliament of Montenegro Mr Andrija Mandić and Mr Milan Knežević, upon the Request of the Special Public Prosecutor's Office, No. Kti-S.No.15/16 of 10 February 2017, for the criminal offence - Creation of Criminal Organisation from Article 401a paragraph 2 with regard to paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro.
