Administrative Committee of the 26th Parliament of Montenegro, at the 88th meeting that was held today annulled the Public invitation for determining candidate proposal for two members of the Commission for Concessions of Montenegro, from among eminent experts, No 00-63-14/20-31 of 12 March 2020, due to the fact that immediately after the announcement, measures were introduced by the Ministry of Health of Montenegro and the National Coordination Body for Communicable Diseases to prevent the transmission of the new coronavirus, which prevented interested candidates to complete the necessary documentation and apply in a timely manner. The Committee therefore issued a new Public Invitation, which will be published on the website of the Parliament of Montenegro and in the daily newspaper "Dan", with a deadline of fifteen days for candidate applications.
The Administrative Committee initiated the procedure of appointing one member of the Council of the Agency for Electronic Media from among members of universities, issuing a Public Invitation to universities, with a legal deadline of 45 days for submitting candidate proposals.
The Committee reached decisions on the penalty (5), based on Articles 110b and 110c of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament of Montenegro, as a follow up of acts of the Secretary General of the Parliament of Montenegro, in conjunction with the reprimands issued at the Second Sitting of the Second Ordinary (Autumn) Session of the Parliament in 2019, the Sixth Sitting of the Second Ordinary (Autumn) Session of the Parliament in 2019 and the First Sitting of the First Ordinary (Spring) Session of the Parliament in 2020, to the following MPs: Mr Jovan Jola Vučurović, Mr Milutin Đukanović and Mr Slaven Radunović.
