At the Tenth Meeting of the Administrative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro of the 26th Constitution that was held today, the Committee established six Proposals for Decisions, at the proposal of the Democratic Party of Socialists of Montenegro MP Group, and decided to proposed the following to the Parliament of Montenegro:
- that MP Ms Branka Tanasijević be dismissed as the member of the Constitutional Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro, and MP Mr Danijel Živković be elected as the member of the Constitutional Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro;
- that MP Mr Predrag Sekulić be dismissed as the member of the Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro, and MP Mr Danijel Živković be elected as the member of the Legislative Committee of the Parliament of Montenegro;
- that MP Ms Sanja Vlahović be dismisses as the member of the Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Parliament of Montenegro, MP Mr Radule Novović be elected as the Chairperson of the Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Parliament of Montenegro, and MP Ms Branka Tanasijević as the member of the Committee;
- that MPs Ms Sanja Vlahović and Mr Andrija Nikolić be dismissed as the members of the Committee on European Integration of the Parliament of Montenegro, and MPs Mr Petar Ivanović and Mr Nikola Rakočević be elected as the members of the Committee on European Integration of the Parliament of Montenegro;
- that MP Mr Bogdan Fatić be dismissed as the member of the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration of the Parliament of Montenegro, and MP Mr Danijel Živković be elected as the member of the Committee on Political System, Judiciary and Administration of the Parliament of Montenegro;
- that MPs Ms Sanja Vlahović be dismissed as the member of the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning of the Parliament of Montenegro, and MP Mr Bogdan Fatić be elected as the member of the Committee on Tourism, Agriculture, Ecology and Spatial Planning of the Parliament of Montenegro.
Within the item of Current issues, members of the Committee noted that the Committee was obligated, in accordance with the amendments to the Law on Public Sector Salaries, which entered into force on 30 June of the current year, to issue decisions in a timely manner, on the wages of public officials from the category A, B and C of the Law, elected or appointed by the Parliament of Montenegro, and, on the proposal of the Secretary General of the Parliament, to harmonise the Decision on the coefficients of complexity of jobs for employees in the Service of the Parliament of Montenegro.
