A Public Announcement for a representative of non-governmental organisations in the Council of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption re-issued
At the previous meeting, the Committee has adopted the Decision on initiating the procedure for appointing members of the Commission for selection of a of the Council of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption.
In that regard, Ms Daliborka Pejović was proposed as a parliamentary representative in the Council of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption, Mr Dobrica Šljivančanin as a representative of the Judicial Council, while Ms Vesna Ratković was proposed as a representative of the Prosecutorial Council.
Given that no applications were received for the Public Announcement on election of one member of the Commission for selection of a member of the Council of the Agency for Prevention of Corruption, publihed on 16 October 2017, on the website of the Parliament of Montenegro and in the newspaper "Dnevne novine", the conditions for re-issuing the repeated Public Announcement have been fulfiled.
