The Committee sent an invitation to the competent authorities and other entities to designate representatives to the Commission, within seven days following the date of issuing the invitation. The invitation will be sent to the Parliament of Montenegro for the designation of two representatives (one from the parliamentary majority and one from the parliamentary opposition), as well as to the Prosecutorial Council and the Judicial Council, for one member each.

The Committee has issued the Public Invitation for the designation of a member of the Commission from among non-governmental organisations, which will be followed by the compiling of a list of proposed candidates and designation of a representative to the Commission from among non-governmental organisations, of the candidate nominated by the largest number of non-governmental organisations.
