Security and Defence Committee holds its 21st Meeting

The Security and Defence Committee today has considered the Proposal for the Law on Protection of Persons and Property.

Following the introductory remarks by the representative of the proposer, and acknowledging the circumstance that the adoption of a new law in this field is aimed at further normative improvement of the subject field in the interest of the state and all subjects of protection, as well as the creation of conditions for adequate and smooth operation and use of the protection and rescue system by all interested persons, the Committee unanimously decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt the Proposal for the Law on Protection of Persons and Property.
