At today’s meeting, the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget has decided to propose to the Parliament of Montenegro to adopt the Proposal for the Law on Financial Leasing, Factoring, Debt Repurchase, Micro-crediting, and Credit and Guarantee Operations. In addition, the Committee has considered and decided to propose to the Parliament to adopt the amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Safety of Maritime Navigation, submitted by MP Mr Mićo Orlandić; amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendment and Supplements to the Law on Budget and Fiscal Responsibility, submitted by MP Mr Filip Vuković and Mr Predrag Sekulić; and amendment to the Proposal for the Law on  Road Traffic, submitted by MPs Mr Petar Smolović and Ms Jovanka Laličić, in modified formulation.

The Committee had also submitted an amendment to the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Foreign Current and Capital Operations, which became an integral part of the wording of the Proposal for the Law, as well as two amendments to the Proposal for the Law on Road Traffic in line with accepted amendment by MPs Mr Smolovića and Ms Laličić.
