At the meeting that was held today, the Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget considered 18 amendments to the Proposal for the 2018 Budget Law of Montenegro. The Committee noted that seven amendments become an integral part of the text of the Proposal, and that two amendments with the modified wording have also became an integral part of the text of the Proposal.

The Committee decided to propose to the Parliament to reject one amendment, while five amendments were withdrawn by the representatives of the proposers.

Bearing in mind that the Committee noted that amendments could not be submitted to the tabular - textual part of the explanatory statement of the capital budget, two amendments were withdrawn. For that reason, and because of the discussion between the members of the Committee on the review of the Proposal for the 2018 Budget Law of Montenegro, the Committee decided to propose to the Parliament the adoption of ten conclusions.

Also, the Committee considered and decided to propose to the Parliament of Montenegro the adoption of the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Roads and the Proposal for the Decision on accepting Annex II of the Long-Term Lease Agreement between the Government of Montenegro and the consortium consisting of "Northstar "Doo Podgorica and Equest Capital Limited, Jersey, UK.
