At the meeting that was held today, Committee on Economy, Finance and Budget considered and decided to propose to the Parliament of Montenegro the adoption the following: Proposal for the Law on Amendments and Supplement to the Law on General Product Safety, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Voluntary Pension Funds Law, Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Investment Funds, Proposal for the Law on State Aid Control and the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Protection of Competition.

The Committee considered also the Draft Economic Reform Program (ERP) for the period 2018-2020. During the discussion, the members of the Committee were presented with the document that reflects the economic policy of Montenegro for 2018 and the med-term period, as well as the basis for economic dialogue with the European Commission in the process of EU integration. The mentioned program defines the task for economic policies to be developed according to priorities defined in the Development Directions, the Fiscal Strategy and other strategic documents, as well as the recommendations of the European Commission. It was agreed that possible suggestions of the members of the Committee to the Draft Economic Reform Program be submitted to the proposer until the moment of determination of the Economic Reform Program final text. Representative of the Union of Free Trade Unions of Montenegro participated in the work of the meeting, with regard to the consideration of the mentioned act, in accordance with Article 67 of the Rules of Procedure of the Parliament.
